Aziatisch restaurant Mings is een initiatief van Lo Ming Tang, pionier op het gebied van de verfijnde Oosterse gastronomie in Nederland. Jarenlang was hij voorzitter van de vereniging Fine Eastern Restaurants, die zich inzetten om de verfijnde kookkunst van Zuidoost-Azie ook in ons land op een hoog niveau te brengen. Tang heeft zijn ervaring en kennis nu aangewend om in Eindhoven een nieuwe smaaksensatie op basis van originele Oosterse receptuur te lanceren: Aziatisch restaurant Ming's.
